I love Cafe Soleil, everything from the interior to the food to the service.
I came with my parents on a Sunday afternoon an hour before they closed to set up for dinner. The inside is very beautiful, a lot of sunlight and older decor that creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment, I liked it a lot. It's perfect for a nice date.
The food itself was very good as well. They were unfortunately out of salmon, but we came after their lunch rush so it was understandable. I ended up ordering their Pasta with spinach and Fresh Tomatoes, a nice serving with very fresh ingredients. It was very tasty and the bread they served the pasta with was also delicious. I will most definitely have to come back and try their Pasta with salmon and red sauce (my first choice).
My parents' meals were also very good and they enjoyed it a lot.
Service was very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by a very kind woman and Tony was our waiter/server who helped us out during our meal. Tony was awesome, his warm and inviting hospitality was the cherry on top of our dining experience.
Thanks Cafe Soleil! -

I feel at home every time I eat at Cafe Soleil.
I first stopped by after Hi Spot (next door) was filled beyond the brim and haven't looked back since! Their frittatas are simple but delicious, and served with healthy portions of potatoes (and a generous slice of buttered toast). The service is friendly and personable. I've ended up making a tradition of eating here most weekends! -

I loved it. The food was great, the service was great. And, unlike the place down the block, there's no wait for a table. Come eat here.

Breakfast scrambles and frittatas are delicious! Cozy and inviting. Kuri and her friendly, personable staff are just the icing on the cake.

This Madrona neighborhood corner restaurant has been our family's go-to Sunday brunch spot for a few years. The American breakfast food is consistently high quality and very tasty. Good coffee too. I always get a breakfast Scramble and my sister gets 2 (yes, 2) shrimp croissant sandwiches. The kids like the French toast, which is very good as well. A good family friendly place in a relaxing and not crowded setting. Note: The Hi Spot a few doors down has never impressed me, despite the crowd...so go here instead.
